What printing methods are available for custom logos or patterns?

We provide multiple printing techniques, such as laser engraving, silk screen printing,  and 3D embossing. Different methods work best for different cup surfaces. Our team will recommend the most suitable solution based on your design and drinkware type.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom orders?

MOQ varies depending on customization types and product models. Simple logo engraving usually has a lower MOQ. For full custom color, appearance or material changes, the MOQ will be higher. Please contact our sales team for exact MOQ details for your project.

How long is the lead time for customized drinkware?

Normally, sample lead time is 3-5 working days after design confirmation. Mass production lead time ranges from 7–15 working days, subject to order quantity and customization complexity. We will update the production schedule regularly during the whole process.

Can I combine multiple custom requests in one order?

Yes. You can mix custom colors, patterns and surface looks within one bulk order (subject to MOQ rules of each variation). Talk to our sales team to arrange mixed custom items for your drinkware collection.
